US Elections Explained
We have collaborated for a decade. Now, I’m thrilled to announce our latest project with the Bertelsmann Foundation. We are releasing an animated explainer series that breaks down the complexities of how US elections work. Spanning six episodes, the series covers everything from the differences between primaries and caucuses to the intricacies of the Electoral College.
The Team:
Samuel George, an acclaimed filmmaker and a friend I greatly admire, crafted the scripts with care to make sure each episode is both engaging and informative. Irene Braum served as the executive producer, overseeing the overall project. As the Creative Producer, I assembled a talented team of illustrators and animators, drawing from our successful past collaborations to create a visual style that makes complex topics easy to understand.
Bringing these election topics to life through animation was incredibly rewarding, transforming important subjects into clear, friendly visuals helps reach a wider audience.
Episode 1: Primary vs Caucus

Episode 3: The Economy
Episode 4: Judiciary

By visualizing these essential aspects of the electoral process, we’ve helped amplify the Bertelsmann Foundation’s mission to educate and engage the public effectively.
As the series continues to gain traction, our aim is to help our client reach even broader audiences, fostering a deeper understanding of how American elections function and why they hold such significance.
